Ésta fue diseñada luego de una aparición de la Virgen a Santa Catalina Labouré en la capilla de la Rue de Bac. Los rayos que irradian las manos de la Virgen representan las gracias que María reparte.

Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal
Paintings on wood, wall and paper, according to the image of the Miraculous Medal. The medal was designed after a marian apparition to St. Catherine Labouré at the Chapel of the Rue du Bac, Paris. The rays shoot out from the Virgin’s hands represent the graces that Mary distributes.
