VIRGEN DE CZESTOCHOWA (S.VI-XIV?). Pintado según el ícono venerado en Polonia cuyo origen y fecha de creación se desconocen. Hay una tradición que sostiene que ese ícono lo habría pintado San Lucas. Fiesta 26 de agosto.

BLACK MADONNA OF CZESTOCHOWA (6th-14th centuries?). Painted after the icon venerated in Poland whose origin and date of creation are unknown. There is a tradition that maintains that this icon would have been painted by Saint Luke. Feast day August 26th.

VIRGEN DEL PERPETUO SOCORRO, pintado según el ícono de la MADRE DE DIOS DE LA PASIÓN, del Monasterio de Santa Catalina del Monte Sinaí (1579). El iconógrafo cretense Andreas Ritsos habría pintado la versión original el S.XV. Según algunas tradiciones, fue uno de los íconos pintados por San Lucas. Fiesta 27 de junio.

OUR LADY OF PERPETUAL HELP, painted after the icon of the MOTHER OF GOD OF THE PASSION from Saint Catherine’s Monastery at Mount Sinai (1579). Andreas Ritsos, iconographer from Crete may have painted the original version in the 15th century. According to some traditions, it was one of the icons painted by Saint Luke. Feast day June 27.
