Estas representaciones de santos las pinté sobre madera MDF 46 x 55 cms. El sacerdote Jesuita quien las encargó había escrito previamente las biografías de todos los Santos y beatos de la Compañía de Jesús. Algunos santos están representados según imagenes existentes. Y otros según creaciones mías, luego de leer su hagiografía, y según fuese el encargo.
I painted these representations of saints on MDF board 18″ x 21,5″. The Jesuit priest who commissioned them had previously written the biographies of all the Saints and blessed of the Society of Jesus. Some saints are represented according to existing images. And others according to my creations, after reading their hagiography, and according to commission.

“…El martes 25 de junio (2019) partió al encuentro con el Señor el padre Jaime Correa SJ. La Eucaristía de funeral tuvo lugar en la Iglesia San Ignacio el miércoles 26 de junio, y contó con la participación de familiares, amigos, y sus compañeros jesuitas… Hasta el final de sus días, el P. Jaime Correa estuvo colaborando con la Iglesia en la asesoría de algunas causas de beatificación, como Monseñor Francisco Valdés, el padre Esteban Gumucio, Monseñor Enrique Alvear y el sacerdote José Cappel. Además, es reconocido su trabajo por dar a conocer las vidas de los “Santos y beatos de la Compañía de Jesús”, a quienes consagró no solo mucha oración, sino largas y productivas horas de estudio y de escritura. Hoy, en comunión con ellos, celebra la pascua de Jesús.”
